Maintenance and Operational Reliability
Regular maintenance ensures continuous operational reliability of charging infrastructure. We inspect connector systems, protection mechanisms, communication modules and charging performance.
This is complemented by functional testing, visual inspection and measurements in accordance with relevant VDE requirements.
A structured inspection report supports operators in service documentation, internal compliance and regulatory verification.
Commissioning of New Charging Points
Before commissioning, newly installed charging points require initial inspection in accordance with VDE standards. We verify installation integrity and protective measures.
All safety-relevant measurements are documented, functionality is confirmed and potential installation or configuration errors are systematically identified.
Operators receive complete documentation as evidence for authorities, insurers and internal compliance requirements.
Hypercharger Training HYC150–300 / HYC200–400
AS Airdrysystems GmbH has successfully completed the Hypercharger training program for models HYC150–300 and HYC200–400. The training provides in-depth knowledge of installation and maintenance of high-power DC fast chargers.
Topics include system architecture, power electronics, cooling concepts, diagnostics and parameter configuration.
This qualification enables us to perform preventive maintenance and technical adjustments in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
VDE Inspection Report and Compliant Documentation
Each inspection is carried out by a certified measurement technician using verified and regularly calibrated test equipment, in accordance with applicable VDE standards.
Documentation includes protective conductor tests, insulation measurements, loop impedance, residual current device tripping times, grid parameters and functional inspections.
The inspection report is complete and audit-ready, providing legally reliable documentation for authorities, insurers and internal compliance purposes.
Mobile Inspection Service with Dedicated Service Vehicle
Our fully equipped service vehicle enables professional inspection and testing directly on site. All required measurement equipment is available for efficient and structured execution.
We exclusively use our own vehicles for testing purposes. Customer vehicles are not utilized, eliminating measurement distortions and liability uncertainties.
The customer's fleet remains fully operational. Inspection procedures are performed independently of internal resources and without additional downtime.
